A gorgeous vintage silver brooch by John Lauritzen, Denmark. John Lauritzen worked in Copenhagen between 1955 and 1981. This brooch features a beautiful cascade of silver flowers falling from a textured circle, a detailed and unusual design.
The brooch is made from 830 silver, ie. 830 parts silver per 1000.
CONDITION The brooch is in very good vintage condition. There is the usual superficial wear and light scratches to the silver seen in a vintage piece. The brooch fastens securely with a rollover clasp.
MEASUREMENTS The brooch is about 50 mm high and 38 mm wide.
STAMPS The back of the brooch is marked JOHN L 830S DENMARK.
