Returns policy

I hope you love everything you buy from Burchill and Hodge, but I know that it can sometimes be tricky shopping online. Sometimes a piece isn't exactly what you were after. So I am happy to provide a refund on returns for any reason including change of mind.

If you would like to return your item, please:
- email me within 3 days of receipt to notify me that you want to make a return
- send your item back within 14 days of receipt. I will provide you with the return address.
- make sure the returned item is packaged well enough to withstand processing through the mail system.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to return your item. I cannot provide a refund for a returned item if I don't receive it.

Your returned item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once I receive the item, I will email you to let you know that I have received it. I will process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.
