A striking vintage brooch by Gisbert Dunker, who worked in Norway in 1960s and 70s. The brooch is made in 830 silver (ie. 830 parts silver per 1000) and is a a copy of a viking design.
CONDITION The brooch is in very good condition with a lovely vintage patina. There is some superficial age-related wear. The brooch fastens securely with a simple C clasp.
MEASUREMENTS The brooch is approximately 30 mm in diameter.
STAMPS The brooch is signed for G.DUNKER, and is stamped 830S for 830 silver. It is also stamped KOPI, to indicate that it is a copy of a earlier design.
